Order and Delivery Information

General Information
1. The cut-off date for Manulife gift order is on 2nd Sunday and 4th Sunday of each month at 23:59. Your order and payment must be completed and submitted before every cut-off date.

2. For Hong Kong order, the delivery time will be around 5 working days after cut-off.

3. For Macau order, the delivery time will be around 7 working days after cut-off.

4. All orders will be delivered to district secretaries.

Special Delivery Arrangement
1. Express Delivery Service
We offer option to deliver the order earlier than the two scheduled delivery days mentioned above.  Your order will be processed a day after placing the order and delivered around 5 working days.
Minimum requirement: HK$200 per order
Cost: 10% of order amount

2. Typhoon / Heavy Rainstorm
If Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, delivery service will be suspended and extended to the next working day.

3. Public Holiday
If the delivery day falls on a public holiday, the delivery service will be postponed to the next working day. For orders placed at the beginning of the Lunar New Year or around long holidays, shipment may be delayed by about 3-5 working days. The logistics department may not be able to arrange it in time due to holidays.
