Return and exchange policy
We provide a 7 working days guarantee for replacement if the product is damaged. If the product has not been used and is found to be damaged by non-human factors, the customer can apply for a replacement within 7 working days from the date of receipt, along with the complete original packaging and purchase record. Exchanges will not be accepted on or after the eighth day after receipt. Replacement products must be kept intact and without any damage or scratches. Only products of the same model can be replaced.
Only when a product is discontinued or out of stock, customers can negotiate a replacement for another product based on the market price of the product on that day. In case of dispute, Matrix Promotional Limited reserves the right of final decision.
Please note that the customer service center may not have immediate inventory. Customers need to contact customer service in advance to discuss replacement matters.
